ZDR’s Morgan Murphy Named to Missouri’s 40 Under 40 

We are excited to share that The National Trial Lawyers organization has invited our own Morgan Murphy to join its prestigious Top 40 Under 40 list. In her years of practice, Morgan has built a reputation for strong results and compassionate service — and the legal industry has taken note. 

The Top 40 Under 40 List

Each year, The National Trial Lawyers organization assembles a list of 40 attorneys under the age of 40 from each state that exhibit outstanding qualities of leadership, reputation and influence. Membership is by invitation only and open to attorneys practicing civil plaintiff and/or criminal defense law. The selection process follows an objective, multi-step procedure in which candidates are first nominated by their peers and then vetted through third-party research.

Morgan’s legal career began in 2011, representing physicians and medical corporations in cases of medical malpractice. Her unique perspective as a former defense attorney makes her a tremendous asset to our team as we represent the victims and loved ones who have been harmed by medical malpractice.
