Zevan to Speak at CLE Webinar on September 21

This month, our very own David Zevan will be speaking in a CLE webinar presented by the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys (MATA) and the Missouri Circuit Judges’ Association. The conversation will be held online on Thursday, September 21 from noon to 1 p.m.

David and fellow colleagues, Judge Josh Devine and Stephen M. Gorny, will be unpacking Missouri’s new expert witness rule. The discussion includes information about the rule, potential pitfalls and best practices for case preparation.
